Make You Tell Me I’m Coming and America’s With Me
One of the best selling products this year has been a “Make You Tell Em” USA t-shirt. It is all over college campuses, it has become a sort of uniform for a certain type of rebellious college student mindset, and it’s fun to wear. There are many reasons why someone would want to wear one of these shirts. Maybe they’re fed up of the politically correctness that rules college campuses today. Maybe they are tired of America’s constant need to find new and outrageously over-the-top targets of cultural ridicule.
The most popular “Make You Tell Em I’m Coming” t-shirts look sort of like a cross between a sweat-shirt and a hoodie, which sort of defeats the original point of their being. They are very comfortable to wear and can actually help with one’s social anxiety problems because they make one feel more confident in a crowd. A lot of theses shirts tell a story, or invoke a feeling or a reaction, depending on who is wearing them. For instance, one particular “Make You Tell Em I’m Coming” t shirt looks sort of like an old-fashioned slip on sandals, and its front describes the quote, “Make you tell em I’m coming.” It also describes the slogan of the event in question, which is the Donald Trump campaign.
In other words, anyone wearing one of these shirts is telling anyone who would listen, that they are coming to join me in this campaign and they support my vision for this nation. The USA is not a perfect country, we do have our problems, but we are going to fix them together. My friends, we are not going to let divide us or push us around. We are going to work together, we are going to reach our goals, and we will become stronger and smarter. That is what I mean when I say that we are going to redefine and bring our nation to the next step, which is a stronger and smarter identity. This is what I stand for and I am proud to be a citizen of the United States of America, one of the greatest nations ever created in all the human history of the human race.
